Terms of Use for Daily Abs Workout
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your download, purchase, and use of the Daily Abs Workout app (“the app”). The app is developed and published by Tuntini (“we,” “us”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the app.

Purpose of the app
Daily Abs Workout provides general core-workout guidance. The app is not medical advice, healthcare, physiotherapy, or individualized fitness coaching. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Younger users
The app is not specifically designed for children. A person under the age of legal majority in their country should use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. If you have not reached the age of legal majority in your country, only make purchases in the app with the permission of the parent or guardian responsible for the payment method used. If there is any uncertainty about whether the exercises are appropriate for a younger user, a parent or guardian should consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before allowing the user to begin.
Exercise safety
Physical exercise involves a risk of injury. Consider your health, fitness, experience, and surroundings before beginning a workout. Use suitable space and equipment, follow the instructions carefully, and exercise only within your own abilities.
Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, difficulty breathing, or any other unusual symptom. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise routine if you have an injury or medical condition, are pregnant or have recently given birth, or otherwise have concerns about whether exercise is suitable for you.
The app does not guarantee any particular health, fitness, weight-loss, strength, or appearance result.
License and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms and the applicable app-store rules, Tuntini grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, interfere with, or misuse the app or its content. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to derive the app’s source code except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits such activity. You may not use the app unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of Tuntini or another person.
Tuntini and its licensors retain all rights in the app and its content that are not expressly granted to you under these Terms.
Premium subscriptions
The app may offer monthly and annual automatically renewing subscriptions that provide access to premium functionality. The exact subscription benefits, price, billing period, currency, and any available introductory trial are shown in the app and confirmed by the App Store or Google Play before you complete a purchase.
If a free trial is offered, it lasts seven days from when the trial starts, unless the app and the store show a different length before you confirm the purchase. You have full premium access during the trial and are not charged the subscription price for it.
When the trial ends, it converts automatically into the paid subscription you selected, and the store charges the price shown at purchase for the first billing period. To avoid that charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, using your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. If you cancel during the trial, the store decides whether premium access stops immediately or continues until the trial would have ended.
Apple and Google decide whether your store account is eligible for a trial, and a trial is normally available only once per account for the same subscription. After the first billing period, a paid subscription renews automatically for each further billing period until it is cancelled.
Apple or Google processes the purchase and manages billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds under the rules that apply to your store account and country. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, premium access normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period, subject to applicable store rules and law.
Refunds are handled by the store that processed your payment, under its own refund policy and applicable law. For purchases made in the European Economic Area, Apple and Google are the sellers, so refund requests and statutory withdrawal requests go to them rather than to Tuntini. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you keep the statutory rights that apply to your purchase, including any right to withdraw from the contract, and nothing in these Terms limits them. Contact us if you are unsure where to send a request and we will point you to the right place.
A subscription is linked to the Apple Account or Google account that was used to buy it, not to a Tuntini account. If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, sign in with that same store account and use the app’s restore option to recover your premium access. A subscription bought through one store does not carry over to the other, because Apple and Google bill separately, so buying on iOS does not give you premium access on Android or the reverse.
If you change device and restoring does not bring your subscription back, email info@tuntini.com and we will help you work out what went wrong. Keep the store receipt for the purchase, because the store account and the receipt are what identify a subscription.
Subscription prices may change. Any price change will be communicated and applied in accordance with applicable store requirements and consumer law. Where your consent is required, the new price will not take effect unless you give it. In every case you can cancel before a new price applies, and your subscription then ends when the period you have already paid for runs out.
An internet connection may be required to purchase or restore a subscription, or to verify that premium access remains active. If verification is temporarily unavailable, access may be handled according to the app’s documented offline behavior and the subscription provider’s supported grace period.
App-store terms
Your use of the app is also subject to the terms and usage rules of the store you obtained it from, and you must follow them.
If you obtained the app through the App Store, your license to the app is granted by Tuntini under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and these Terms apply in addition to it. Where the two conflict, the Apple agreement takes precedence for App Store copies. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Apple agreement and may enforce it against you.
If you obtained the app through Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
If these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer protections, or with app-store terms that cannot be excluded, those protections or terms take precedence.
Availability and changes to the app
We may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue the app or individual features. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version. We will not remove rights you have already acquired where applicable law prevents us from doing so.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We provide the app with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or entirely free of errors. This does not affect the statutory quality and conformity rights you have as a consumer, and we do not exclude any warranty that cannot legally be excluded.
You remain responsible for deciding whether a workout is appropriate for you, performing exercises safely, and following medical advice you have received. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tuntini is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of the app, failure to follow its safety guidance, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict or terminate your right to use the app if you use it unlawfully, seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, interfere with the app, or infringe the rights of Tuntini or another person.
Stopping use of the app or deleting it does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel the subscription through the store that processed your purchase.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the app, its subscriptions, or applicable requirements change. The revised page will state its effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide any notice or request any consent required by applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Finnish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in any court available to you under applicable consumer law.
